Was able to enjoy none of the amenities because we book off of Groupon which is a site that give us discount.. I felt very uncomfortable..

terrible, my kid’s eyes got infected after playing at the water park. Water is dirty. Not recommended. Waited three hours after check-in for our rooms to be ready.

Everyone was very friendly lines at water slides were super long. Food was expensive. Just FYI! However the food was good !

The food is way too overpriced. $14 soft pretzals, $18 pool grab n go burgers, $5 small coffee, no coffee pot in room, ridiculously over-priced food & everything closes way too early given the fact that the waterpark is open til 8 & 9pm, restaurants all closed by 9& 10pm. Impossible to feed our family elsewhere in the hotel if we decide to stay the whole day at the waterpark.

The resort was a lot of fun and a great place to go with a four year old. However the check in was an hour and a half late which was extremely annoying! There were areas of the resort closed that should not have been on such a busy easter weekend, eg the lobby bar. Some of the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant while others were not very engaging at all. The resort has the potential to be great but unfortunately it was unorganized and the water park needs some TLC. I gave the rating of 3 because it is a lot of fun but needs some overhauls in maintenance and organization - the staff mainly appear to do well with what they are working with.

Check in was horrible, took forever! I had booked a room with balcony and Mountain View and we got a room on the first floor with view to a concrete staircase leading up the outside ground floor.
Room was ok, beds hard and pillows were of poor quality.
On site restaurants are very overpriced

We came to Camelback Resort for snow sports. Unfortunately, they were closed for snow sports due to weather conditions (no snow). We enjoyed the indoor waterpark, it is wonderful; aracade, among other indoor activities. ATV, tubing, roller coaster were also closed, so no outdoor activities were available and it was a little bit disappointing. Hemisphere breakfast buffet was awesome, hotel conditions are great.
Parking fee, resort fee... think its too much!
Overall a great stay!

Went for my daughter’s 15th birthday and I must say from check in to check out everything was fantastic!!!! Wonderful staff and attractions!! Always something to do!!!! Only con I can say is, don’t forget to pack anything because the prices are astronomical to replace anything!!!
